Google My Business:
Ordered Monday, delivered Tuesday. I was hesitant to order because of the reviews, but I took the plunge. What did I have to lose with the payment method on account?! I am all the more positively surprised that I received the goods the very next day. Class. :D

Google My Business: Be careful, if you order here you have to expect that nothing will be delivered but the money will be retained. Fraud must therefore be assumed here, since no one reports it or takes a position on it.

Google My Business: Beautiful sets really great to build and stone quality is surprisingly good. Unfortunately, it bothers me that some mocs were stolen, which I think is a pity you can develop your own. Otherwise, on the whole, the price-performance ratio is right because you can't complain if there was only one missing part, which luckily I still had at home. You are welcome to expand your own mocs, especially those in micro style because the selection is really puny, e.g. B. Bluebrixx more choice. But every store started out small

Google My Business: In August 2021 I received a Modbrix house for my birthday. This one had faulty windows and the wrong color roof panels. My wife then contacted customer service and asked for replacement parts. Only after repeated inquiries did the support finally get in touch and said they could either get a 10% discount on the purchase price or get the whole money back. But she really wanted to have the faulty parts replaced. To this day (after 5 months!!!!) we still haven't received an answer let alone an apology for the circumstances. Very sad, especially because the house cannot really be used at all. Unfortunately, you don't become a Lego competitor with such customer service that doesn't seem to exist.

Google My Business: Ordered 2 kits. Bad quality. What is sorted out at Lego is standard here. Plates are warped, stones don't hold up, etc. Especially bold, emails are not answered, promised callback is not carried out, there is also no return label, whether you get money back for the scrap remains to be seen. Modbrix never again and I can only advise everyone not to buy anything. IMPORTANT addition. I'm still waiting for the money after I sent the defective goods back immediately. Bad company.
