DONOT DEAL with these Chinese Company and I am Chinese. I ordered the Vyper 3D printer, it came pretty damaged. Contact them via email only.. make you jump thru hoops. Instead of sending out a new one, they want you to work with an engineer to figure which parts can be replaced to make it work. Who have time to do this?? After I told them and send pictures of damages that beyond repair. They said to ship it back to China (cost more than $150). And they will refund max $50. Only after they receive the item, then they will send out a new one. I told them we are in the US, we have basic right, I dispute the transaction with CC and get my money back. I throw that junk in the trash and send them the picture.**** this is not a review for the product but for customer services.. I guess I will never know if the product is as bad as the service!!

Anycubic Mega X 3d printerThis was a time-sensitive purchase as it is a birthday gift for my wife. Carmen and Kay (customer service reps) told me after I paid Anycubic for the order that it wouldn't be available until mid march as opposed to the advertised (3-8 Business Days) days which is unacceptable. "Unless you can miracle one of these to me by February 10th then I need to cancel this order and please refund my account a quickly as possible" After I requested a cancellation/refund, Kay said " would you like to replace it with another machine? Our Chiron, Mega SE, MEGA S are in stock. vyper still has a small amount in stock." So I chose to accept (ANYCUBIC CHIRON 400X400X450mm). Kay told me it would cost more, I refused.My gripe is, if they didn't have them in the first place, then why take my money and thank me for my purchase? Then tell me a week later that they don't have them as opposed to right away? There are plenty of other places to buy a nice 3d printer, I had chosen them because it was a nice printer at an affordable price. I wont be choosing them again.

Been trying to get a hold of anycubic for a week and a half about why I can't track my mega s printer, they won't answer their email and the only thing I've gotten from their Facebook page is no help either, they said they respond quickly on there and I haven't gotten any info other than the same tracking number, it is past the 3 to 8 business day shipping, on the shop app it says shipping information was sent to fedex 12 days ago, and the address is in Chino California, I have contacted FedEx and they said they still havent received the package, I should've read the other reviews before I ordered from the official site because they don't care about their customers they just care about stealing people's money and sending broken merchandise to people, I ordered on Thursday January 20th 2022, tomorrow will mark 2 weeks since the order date

We bought a gun safe that said it was fireproof. When we received it, it was made of sheet metal. When I asked for a refund this is how they responded-ceived your question, the solution to your problem is as follows: 1. Give you a discount of $20, you keep the product, because it is impossible to define whether it is set on fire or not, and there will be no fire situation. 2. You go through the return procedures, and I will refund the full amount after I receive the goods. Garbage product and even worse support. This is a 100% China based scam company. My printer showed up missing the manual and defective out of the box. Doesn't print and resin leaks out and spills all over the machine. Reached out to support for a refund. They only give me the run around via email. Finally had to initiate a chargeback with my credit card company in hopes to get my money back.
