Very rude service. 'Helped' by a certain Angelo. His 'service' was extremely rude and very unpleasant. He also refused to wear a face mask and denied any explanation why. I came in to swap the laptop for another version with less wear, the one I was sent looked very VERY worn. I quite soon decided - due to this dude's behaviour - to no longer do any business with them at all and handed the laptop in for a refund instead. So far no refund has yet come into my account. Avoid these secondhand laptop farmers like polio. UPDATE: the claims below from the owner (probably Angelo himself) are absolutely false and libelous. It is pathetic and speaks volumes of their service and attitude towards their clients. Focus on doing your clients right (e.g. get them a refund), and focus less on your own ego.

Professional, trust .... Very professional website. Good motivation and confidence-building promotional videos. Good communication, ordered a 5 star laptop and .... delivered is a 5 star laptop. Professionally packaged. The insides of the laptop are also clean (no dust). The 2nd hand battery lasts about 3 to 4 hours with normal use. It would be greater if all drivers where up to date but that was for me a small problem. Updated this myself. So ... how do you get customers and how do you keep them? ... For now they certainly set a good example for me!

Ordered a Dell e7250 on Friday and it arived the following Monday. The laptop looked better than expected, almost no visual damage. Opening the bottom cover showed that the system was properly cleaned, almost no dust in the system, nice work :) One small nitpick on the hardware side: The keyboard has a UK layout, which is not very common in the Netherlands. The standard Windows install is set to the US keyboard layout, so some of the keys don't match their function in Windows... Personally, I don't mind since I touch type, but this could be very annoying for someone who is not used to touch type. I would suggest to mention this on the product page, or even better, give the choice of layout if several models are available. Windows install was nice and clean, for me personally the LibreOffice and Adobe Acrobat install could be omitted. I would also like to see the system be shipped with up-to date drivers for the hardware, several drivers needed manual updates through the Dell or Intel website. Again, not a big deal for me, but someone who is not that at home on a computer might not notice this and run with out-of-date drivers. All in all, I'm quite impressed so far :)

Bit unfortunate. I don't really know a lot about tech, so I asked specifically for a laptop that would be able to perform certain tasks well. The model that was recommended to me, certainly does NOT perform these tasks anywhere near "well". A shame, really.
