I ordered the bed in October and specified December 2nd as the desired date and it was delivered on time! I'm just thrilled :))) I didn't think it would be such a super deal as many people advised me against ordering a bed online without trying or seeing them first. But I read through the various positive reviews and was instinctively confident that they were all genuine. After receiving such great advice over the phone, I really can't believe how happy I am with the purchase! I have been to many furniture stores and these were much more expensive and not what I would like, you would have had to pay extra for each extra you wanted. At Aukona, the purchase, advice and service was all TOP and IMPECCABLE!!! We have had a box spring bed before and the downside is when a couple like my husband and I have different weights you just have to use 2 different mattress thicknesses. But the problem is that, despite the topper, the mattresses slide apart in the middle... Solution, you have a complete cover made where both mattresses go in, this cover has a zipper so that you can wash it and I can even have them in the fabric of my choice! Simply an ideal solution. I had the fabrics sent beforehand and then put together the combinations that I liked best, then selected the model and voila, I already had my dream bed. I was also able to specify the width and height of the headboard and for the footboard, bed box with extra storage space, mattresses in the box with pocket spring core as an extra and mattresses with 2 different strengths, topper, matching chest with extra padding and choose the desired size, simply SUPER . I also ordered pillows and extra covers and I just can't thank and praise Aukona enough!!! The bed is super comfortable, we sleep like in heaven and my husband and I love it!!! Also kudos to the supermen who carried and set up the bed, they were punctual and competent. I can only recommend Aukona, if you want to buy a bed, buy here and you will be happy like us :()))) Thanks Aukona!!!!

I've been looking for box spring beds online for a long time and I've always come back to the piano bed and the first choice is always the best. I was very happy about the bed. I am very satisfied from the order to the delivery. Kudos to the fitters, two nice guys.

We are sooooo satisfied with our new bed that we have had for about 2 weeks 🤩 • The quality is great, the price/performance ratio was more than exceeded! • The fabrics & looks are better than we imagined! • The delivery time is just two weeks for an individually assembled bed👌🏼🤩 For comparison, a family member ordered a bed from a furniture store and had to wait 11-12 weeks! • The service during the ordering process was super friendly and every (extra) wish could be implemented! • The delivery service was lightning fast. We were promised that the delivery would come on the said day between 9:15 and 11:15 a.m. and shortly after half past eight we received a call that the forwarding agent would be there at 9 a.m. They were there to the minute and at 9:25 the bed was ready and the employees of the forwarding agency were very friendly! • We would order again at any time and recommend 100%! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars
