Tomuto shopu sa vyhnite!!!! Podla uvedenych udajov sme objednali suciastky ktore mali sediet na nase vozidlo, brzdove dosticky nam poslali na uplne ine auto, abs pocitadlo km sme objednali lavu pravu stranu a poslali dve prave!! Pre vratenie tovaru je uh

Purchased some front windscreen wipers for my car via the website. Entered what my car was and the website listed all the compatible wipers. Purchased some. Delivery took quite a long time. When they eventually arrived tried to fit them to my car and they don't fit. Contacted customer services and explained that I had used there make and model search tool to find the correct wipers only to be told it doesn't work very well and I should have emailed customer services to check!!! It didn't state this anywhere when I was purchasing. I asked for a refund / send them back only to be told that I would have to pay for the postage back! It's not even my fault! It's the fault of the companies website not explaining their system does not work! Asked several times for a fund and told no each time. I even have been told I have to organise this myself! So I checked online how much the parcel they sent would cost to return to find out it was £13.73! This is almost the value of the wipers! This is extremely poor customer service. I am never using this company again and would advise everyone to do the same!

Google My Business: I placed my order (65172314) on Apr. 19, 2022 and the parcel was delivered on May 9th, 2022. One item was missing(!!!). Also, the packaging was extremely bad and as a result most of the products' boxes were completely destroyed - I wonder if they'll accept a return in case I want to return something. All in all, a very bad experience. Avoid. Edit: After a closer inspection, all the filters and the disc plates are obviously returned by others in the past, hence the damaged packaging. One of the filters is damaged too. I'm extremely angry now.

Google My Business: Parts ordered have always been correct and generally a reasonable price. BUT processing and delivery is very very VERY slow. I’d expect better for such a large company with a good DHL contract. I’ve ordered from eBay sellers and it’s arrived faster. The delivery times and warehouse processing are terribly slow. We still have to pay for shipping on most options regardless of price but No they want you to pay a subscription for faster processing which is ridiculous considering if you’re not subscribed you pay for shipping anyway!!

Google My Business: The worst shopping experience ever, do not buy anything in this shop. Their staff is so under trained, they sent me the wrong Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensors because the sensors I've ordered weren't in the stock. One of their representatives told me that it's OK because the same company produces both models and he tried to pursue me that the sensors I've ordered are the same as they've sent me even though they've sent me an email saying that this won't be a fit for my car. After I've sent them the wrong sensors I've got and after weeks of trying them to send me sensors I've ordered in the first place they just refund me without any explanation. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OF THEM AND AVOID THIS SHOP AS MUCH AS YOU CAN. THE WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER.

Trustpilot: First time ordering from AutoDoc so only spent £100 on some parts as a few reviews seem questionable.Within 7 days items arrived and fitted fine, my only concern was the box of break pads had been opened but everything was still in the box so not a big problem. Will be ordering again,
