Google My Business: I have used this flower delivery service many times to surprise my wife. It was always very good until the last time. The flowers always looked good to very good, were tied as discussed and the dates selected for shipping were met without any problems. I actually always use the appointment service for a few euros more, but that way I can be sure that my wife won't miss the flowers. The last time the appointment option was not bookable so it became the "normal" shipping, but it worked very well. Unfortunately, of the 37 long-stemmed red (25) and white (12) roses ordered, the red roses all arrived in very poor condition overall. Of course, something can always happen or something unforeseeable, but it was a bit of a shame on the wedding day and I was certainly disappointed with the previously, otherwise impeccable quality from Blumenfee.de. So I complained to customer service because I didn't want to accept it without comment. It is also important to prevent such a negative experience for other customers. But the response from customer service was so top notch that I really want to mention it here. It was regretted and a replacement or refund was offered without hesitation. Absolutely fantastic service, so another apology followed and after my message about the desire for a replacement delivery, the tracking number was promptly communicated by e-mail. This is how customer-friendly works! Many thanks for that, dear Blumenfee.de team.
