If you have any questions, someone is always available by phone or email. Even if you get confused when making the payment between the private and business account, the reaction is very accommodating and everything is taken care of. How long the shipping takes always depends on the product. I have always been satisfied with the quality of the products. An exchange was only necessary once, which was super uncomplicated and fast. Since I'm not a punching bag professional, I was helped over the phone to set it up. No matter what it was about, as a customer I have never been left alone with my problems or questions. I can definitely recommend Boxhaus!

I ordered on Sunday last week, it was not shipped until Friday afternoon, I have now received the message that the package will not arrive until Wednesday (today is Monday). The shipping takes 9 days and you should also pay for it very outrageous in my opinion I didn't pay attention to when the package came and then it took so long my last order there. You can argue about the price, but in my opinion they are OK, but I would still order from other sites.

When I was looking for a leather punching bag, unfilled, to misuse it, I came across Boxhaus on the internet. I want to use the bag as a training partner. Lift up, drop, sit on your shoulder, lift over your head, bend behind your neck to squat. For me, doing sports means first and foremost being creative, with many special movement sequences. Why this history? Because I searched the net for a long, long time. Then I came across Boxhaus. I was able to get to know the Dreßler family over the phone. Having learned from experience, I'm only looking for dealers who have an affinity for martial arts anyway. The Dresslers are someone who not only supply the sport, they also live it. But I also need contacts who are not only competent, but who don't leave me out in the cold when problems arise. This is the biggest hurdle. All respect, I came across a jewel in the industry, because it was by far the most uncomplicated purchase ever, the fastest delivery, great packaging and ... the goods, including sports equipment, first class, at moderate prices. Sizes were advised exactly, the quality is absolutely appropriate for the price. I would even like to say  better than I'm used to. The solution to my main problem: The Fairtex TB1 MMA Throwing Bag 120cm unfilled. The surprise after unpacking. The Fairtex has the extremely high quality I wanted, which I was also assured. I would even like to say that I made a mistake back then and bought leather punching bags that were six times as expensive. Exceeded expectations by far. I fill the punching bags myself, with material that I shred with scissors by hand to the size of the palm of my hand. The Fairtex weighed 26 kg when filled, mine now weighs 40 kg. It's the most sophisticated punching bag I've ever laid my hands on and the most versatile. The suspension can be loosened with a wide Velcro strap that runs around the circumference, possibly holding the weight of a Thai elephant. The zip is protected by putting a solid plastic lip over the circumference. My wishes became reality. At 40kg it's 2kg heavier than my heaviest Suples Bulbag, just as versatile and unique in the way I train with it. Due to the quality, it can also withstand a fall with almost twice the original weight from approx. 1.70 m. You shouldn't try that with a normal sandbag, I don't trust my leather punching bags with this kind of load either. In addition to the delivery, a token of appreciation in the form of sweets and a Boxhaus cap. So I got the cherry on the cake. During the time of ordering, I really never had the feeling that I had to deal with any problems with the delivery on my own. That is the most important reason why I will always go to Boxhaus for my sporting goods. I've had enough problems with deliveries, and the wheat is separated from the chaff very quickly. And again, all this at moderate prices !!!! In addition, I was treated not just as a simple customer, but as a partner. Why do I hold this opinion? Talk to the owners and if they have even the slightest knowledge of human nature, they will quickly understand me and my enthusiasm. Many thanks for the smooth process Dreßler family, the purchase was an event, the conversations a pleasure with the desire to buy something again alone to talk to you again. I ordered a mouthguard for my son from Boxhaus on November 21. On 07/27 I emailed the invoice and pictures of the broken mouthguard to Boxhaus. Since there was no answer I have on 18.08. written again. It's not that long ago, but since the complaint was made on 27.07. happened, you should react a little faster. I'm curious if my son has a mouth guard until the new round of handball starts. updates. The Boxhaus company called me shortly after my evaluation. Neither of my emails arrived due to problems with the email program. On the same day they sent out a new mouth guard, which was actually in the mailbox now that we were on vacation. So full marks from me now.
