Unable to get in touch with someone from customer service for the last 5 weeks - this is the most unprofessional company I have ever bought from. I HAVE BEEN TYRING TO RETURN UNUSED merchandise with tags and original packaging for 5 weeks with no response. I was double charged and double shipped several backpacks and there is no company phone number or address for the US. This is a big dissapointment in a company that publishes all the marketing as a company that stands behind its return policy and customer care. DO NOT PURCHASE from their company website and look at all the published reviews of their company as you will see I am not alone in this feedback. Very unethical false marketing and representation of its products. I am not stuck with 5 backpacks I paid for that have never been used or will be used.

I want to buy the douche bags but I can’t use my credit card to buy and I checked where is the shop of douche bags and it was all the way in Oslo Norway and I am sitting in Hong Kong how can I buy now and love the design so much and I really want it Please add shops to different countries that would help a lot

Very nice bags But same problem as another mentioned Couldnt pay with my german creditcard at your store online so i bought it from a outdoorshop in my country. You should fix this
