Google My Business:
I returned some items I bought. Today (3Months later) my package showed up. It's marked it was never picked up ( I used translate). I don't understand it, I followed all return instructions. Return address is not a store address, this is so frustrating. I'm from US and now its to late to return it. I did pay $70 already to ship it the first time. Stay Away....

Google My Business: Company are located in Germany. This was not made clear to me when making my purchase or when I made a search on Google UK for the items I wanted to buy. Only once I tracked the order I found out I had to pay VAT and import tax before it was released from customs in UK having been sent from Germany. It’s been over 2 weeks and I still do not have my order as it’s still being held by customs. If this had been made clear at the time of purchase I would never had bought it. I should have looked into this further first. If you want your order faster then do not buy from this seller. I’m sure they are perfectly fine if you live in Germany or don’t mind waiting for weeks.

Google My Business: Useless and ignorant customerservice...That reply to my email in German ?!?!?! Bought an item that was defect.. 6-8 Weeks before they even look at my broken item, thats unacceptable I bought a pair of winter shoes that i cant use and at the time i get them back i have no use for them since spring have arrived.. Just send me a pair of new boots and return these, how hard can it be ? Dont buy from this place, you get what you pay for i guess

Google My Business: The worst online store. Domestic delivery was more than 3 weeks. Also I'm still waiting money return. Nobody has answered my emails for 30 days. Update: I reveived a message with return info on the next day. Just waiting refund. So, '3 stars' due to very long order and refund handling.

Google My Business: This shop is understaffed and not reliable or simply fraudsters. Customer service replies within 72 hours, and for any simple clarification you have to wait. In my case, after several communications about cost of delivery of my order, which took almost 2 weeks by now, customer service stopped replying at all. So , my order is still not even sent (I have ordered paddle for SUP for my vacation, which is almost over, and I had to buy in another shop the spare one). I lost my patience and asked for refund, and again no reply from the shop. I do advise to everyone to buy via Amazon or other trustful shops, where the order is sent immediately and refund happens within few days. I will never buy in this shop.

Trusted Shops: Als Amazon-Prime Kunde liegt die Messlatte zugegebenermaßen sehr hoch. Wenn etwas im Lager ist, hält man die Ware im Normalfall innerhalb von 24-48h in den Händen. Bei exxpozed.de ist es eine etwas andere Erfahrung. Das Geld wird sofort abgebucht, man bekommt sofort eine Bestellbestätigung, und dann... nichts mehr. Nach 10 tagen bekomme ich dann eine Standard-Email (immerhin ohne Anforderung), wo überspitzt gesagt nur drin steht "wir wissen zwar nicht, warum Deine Bestellung verzögert wurde, aber es könnte viele Gründe dafür geben. Wir wissen auch nicht, wann das Problem sich lösen wird, aber keine Sorge, wir haben Dich nicht vergessen". Preislich gesehen ist exxpozed.de natürlich sehr attraktiv. Wer Zeit und Geduld mitbringt, wird sicher einige gute Schnäppchen machen. Letztendlich zahle ich aber lieber etwas mehr an einem Anbieter, der eine gewisse Zuverlässigkeit mit sich bringt, bzw sich an seine eigenen Angaben hält. Die Angaben zu Lagerbeständen bzw Lieferzeiten scheinen bei exxpozed.de einfach nicht zu stimmen, aus welchen Gründen auch immer. Drei Sterne gibt es, weil Widerruf und Rückzahlung anstandlos und schnell erledigt wurde. Leider war dies aber meine erste und letzte Erfahrung mit exxpozed.de.

Trusted Shops: Zunächst war bei meiner Bestellung die Lieferkosten mit 0,00 € angezeigt. Beim bezahlen mit Paypal wurden diese dann aber mit 2,95 € berechnet. Bei der Hotline steht auf der Homepage keine Servicezeit. Wenn man dort anruft, kann man diese dann erste hören. Wieso schreibt man als Service diese Information nicht mit zur Servicehotline? Die Preise sind gut, aber es ist mir noch nicht rund genug.
