Terrible customer service! Waiting for a replacement baby monitor for 6 weeks! And still wating! They keep making excuses saying we are waiting for a response from the manufacturer. 6 weeks for a response? They refuse to refund me or send a replacement. AVOID

Google My Business: After waiting over a month for my draws I cancelled the order and had to chase for my refund. They sell you items when they dont know if the supplier has them in stock.

Google My Business: Same problem as previous customer sell you something that they don't know if they are getting in. Sold as pre order, so I assumed they would be getting it in soon.
