Trustpilot: Total Scam. Purchased shoes for $179 in October. It is now March. No shoes. No refund. After multiple refund promises, none were made. The company blamed customs and then blamed a technical error. I filed a fraud dispute and they demanded to confirm if I did “in order to help me” rather than simply responding to the bank card company. They provided “proof” they accepted the chargeback request months after they said no shoes were coming and after delaying the refund with constant excuses- and it is now nearly 5 months since confirming shoes would not be received, with no chargeback having gone through. I noticed something was wrong within 2 weeks of my order when tracking numbers showed no activity which simply disappeared after I inquired on the status. Every customer ticket was marked as “closed” or “resolved” even though no refund was made once the company confirmed that I would not receive the order. The company also blocked me on social media when I inquired why my promised refunds were not received over months. Avoid this company. Once you start to receive excuses, fake tracking numbers, refusal to follow through on refunds, demands to confirm if your bank has initiated a chargeback request (as if that is standard practice), or other delaying tactics, involve your bank. AVOID.
