Top service. For all goods ordered, the description was appropriate and the delivery complete. So far, the quality has been great and a small bargain in terms of price. Only the delivery times could be a little faster.

Google My Business: Even if something is cheaper from time to time, the customer service is and remains underground bad! Extremely long delivery times, poor accessibility by phone and extremely unfriendly when you reach someone! Warranty processing absolute catastrophe! So far, in guarantee cases, the purchase price has always been simply refunded after the defective item has been returned. There are no attempts at repair or replacement. Of course, you can't buy the item anywhere else for a refund, so you have all the hassle of complaining and nothing else! I'm not even sure if that's even legal!? Because the guarantee (the guarantee therefore includes a voluntary commitment by the manufacturer or (rarely) the dealer, which goes beyond the purchase contract), is apparently not asserted at all by the manufacturer! The purchase price will simply be refunded without comment. The same happens if the package does not arrive for any reason or is returned to the sender. You don't get a new delivery, but the purchase price back, order everything and wait completely for free!

Google My Business: Great prices and fast shipping, often faster than stated! Have been buying for years and am very satisfied. I'm also happy about the increased offer, especially in the IT area, there are always cool things to start with!

Google My Business: Customer for over a year and a half and a few orders! No problem except one! RMA and after-sales service OK - good promotion site - to be compared with the articles of the other platforms. For my part, I am satisfied!
