I've interacted with several airline ticketing companies, but none have left me as dissatisfied as this one. I urge you to steer clear of booking tickets with them. Their misleading tactics include advertising enticing prices on their website, only to claim after booking that prices have changed, demanding additional fare differences. Even if they agree to refund your money, it takes an agonizing 3 to 4 days to process. I strongly recommend avoiding this company for your ticket bookings.

Irresponsible customer service bordering on malpractice and illegal behaviour. Will not issue you tickets despite being charged for ticket fare and will then attempt to extort you more money citing fare difference. Truly horrible experience that I see now been endured by many. A lesson to check reviews before trusting and using such scam vendors.

Please don’t book anything with this company .Very bad experience. Cheaters. Don’t book air ticket with them for few dirham profit. I booked air ticket with them and took flexible date option when I requested them for date change they are asking for more money. This was an eye opener for me and will never book ticket with any holidays trip company.

Wish to give 0 to this company. There is lack of transparency at each step. 1) Overcharged during booking. Overcharged by AED 195.Difference between what is charged and what is invoiced. 2) Refund & cancellation-Company doesn't follow what mentioned on ticket. 3) Huge penalty on ticket change. First is 150 AED per ticket(agent charge) + airline charges(which are not transparently shown to customer). Charges mentioned on airline website is not taken....they will overcharge. 4) Rude service staff and non transparent. We are stuck. please be careful while dealing. 5) Misleading information at each step, Sometimes customer care say "NO Penalty" and next agent say " Penalty" 6) During refund wrong information extended to customer.

DO NOT BOOK YOUR TICKETS FROM THESE FRAUDS. Very bad service or say worst and can be called a scam. Had booked a Refundable and changeable ticket. When I called to cancel they said the cancellation charges are more than the amount you paid for the ticket so you will not get any refund. Then asked for Change date again the charges were more than the ticket price. Thought it’s ok I understand fare difference it so much I changed by paying fare difference, they said they will send the changed ticket in 30 mins to 1 hour had to follow again after 1 week. Now when I received the changed ticket the baggage allowance shows no baggage 0 kgs. Now again chasing them since 2 days no response from them. Please avoid these type of fraud companies.
