Google My Business: The reviews from mymat.de differ, at least via trustedshops.de. That's why I'm trying to rate my experience with the shop via Google: In short, everything was great. The online shop allows you to design your own floor mats or to purchase floor mats that have already been created. The designer works quite well and briskly. Ordering is also very easy - you can also optionally have your design checked (which I saved myself). After about a week the mat was already in the "mailbox" - although I live in Austria. The quality of the mat is quite ok, the designer applied the print 1:1 to the mat, meaning I am more than satisfied with the result. In this respect, I can recommend the provider with a clear conscience, which I do by the way :) Unfortunately I can't post a photo because my design looks similar to a well-known logo ;)

Google My Business: I received the doormat today and am pleasantly surprised. The mat is a goodbye gift for my daughter's kindergarten. I never thought the mat would look so great. I had booked a design check and also think that it was a good investment. Everything top, therefore 5 stars.

Google My Business: Per: + Page is clearly structured. + Design guidelines help with the design + Orders are shipped quickly. + Service also takes care of matters quickly. Cons: - None of this helps if the doormat delivered does not match the preview at all. Complaints with reference to a design check will not be accepted. This should not be necessary if you design according to the guidelines and the preview shows a satisfactory result.

Google My Business: The ordered mat is definitely in order, but everything else is an absolute letdown. I waited a whole month for the mat instead of 9 days, my emails were not even answered and on the phone no one knew why it was taking so long. Thanks for that 👎🏽

Google My Business: In general, I am very satisfied with the service from mymat.de. From the creation of the print preview to the quality, everything fits. Unfortunately, the production takes longer than stated. When I asked customer service, I also had to explain the difference between delivery and production times. Conclusion: Top quality and expandable support
