Just wanna say that these lovely people were very helpful and have me great advice about my new setup. I tried on boots but unfortunately didn't have my size. And wanted a snowboard but again they didn't have the size I wanted in stock. Dan took the time to find out all the stock codes so I could order it from TSA customer services directly

Trustpilot: No customer service whatsoever. Placed an order and was told delivery within 3-5 working days. After 4 working days items not even dispatched. Contacted them via email, Webchat and phone, with no reply to either. If I do ever get my order, I will never shop here again

Trustpilot: I am having an absolutely shocking time trying to return a set of bindings that were coming loose on holiday. The bindings were returned within 30 days of purchase, so no problem I thought - fully entitled to a refund under my statutory rights. Nope, apparently because I did not have video evidence of it happening, there is nothing wrong with the bindings!Guys - sort it out, I'm a customer of 12 years, and will take this all the way to small claims if not sorted amicably. Trustpilot: Recently had two snowboards waxed and edged from covent garden store, guys in the store were really knowledgeable and inspected boards so they didnt require anymore work than was necessary. Good info from the guys in store and workshop has done a great job with the edges and wax would definitely recommend

Trustpilot: Great service for snowboard boot fitting. The guy who did my fitting was very knowledgeable and made the whole experience easy and actually quite fun. As a woman the range of boots available was very small (we do snowboard too guys!!) I tried on 4 pairs and received lots of good advice about the boots, sizing, fit etc. Then the boots were heat moulded to my feet which is a must and a huge bonus to going and trying them on. I had considered ordering boots online before today but I’m so glad I didn’t. I have a great pair of boots that fit really well and have even picked up tips on choosing the right bindings. I couldn’t be happier.Can’t wait to try them out 😁

Trustpilot: Ordered boots from them. Never turned up. Very difficult to get a hold of them. Once I did they said they might not be in stock and that I would have to wait a couple days to find out what's happening. I asked for a refund and they said that he would go check if they are in the warehouse so would take 15 minutes (not the initial 2 days) came back saying the boots are no where to be seen but if I just wait a while they might be in warehouse somewhere. (I thought this was some kind of joke) absolute shambles. Awaiting refund. Probably wont get that either.
