If it was possible I would've given this company 0 stars. They are horrible!!!Please do not waste your money buying from them! They falsely advertise their products and then customer service is unwilling to help. I ordered a dress for my daughter's 8 year pictures and when it arrived it looked absolutely nothing like the dress the had advertised. Now I'm stuck with a dress with flowers glued on it that I will probably be unable to sell and no dress for my daughter's pictures. The first is what was advertised and as you can see from the other 2 the are nothing alike. The material of the top is like a hard tablecloth with flowers glued on it and the bottom is a droopy mess with no sparkle tulle throughout like pictured. I hope this helps someone else not make the same mistake.

Sadly, I could not give zero stars but I give the lowest because they deserve it. This company is made up of sellers who are mostly all thieves. Only a very few lucky people receive their orders at all and most sellers will never return messages. This goes the same for their customer service and dispute operation.... it is run by a computer and impossible to reach a live person to fix any problems... I have lost a lot of money with this company and I hope people will take my advice and stay clear. They are thieves and there is nothing you can do about it.

Dont buy anything there!! Very bad, seller is providing refurbished material as new. I reached agreement with DHgate for return and refund. Seller is making return impossible by such requests - I purchased a mobile phone for 200 USD quote: you must only declare the package as translation pen and value it 15 dollars.so that the china customs can release the package. you can declare it,just like i sending your package declaration. and you must only use the ca post,but you must not use the DHL,UPS,EMS or Fedex,etc. if you don't do these steps,you must pay all fees by yourself and i can't refund your money.even if the dhgate hold the payment,i also will against your refunding. please understand. unquote: after one month seller could not provide contact information in Germany of the proposed forwarder. Escalating to DHGate was not helpfull at all

I tried to order something from this company online. In two weeks time I have not received the item. I did not receive notice there was any trouble with my order. They force you to upgrade and install their app after a couple minutes on their site if you want customer service. I do NOT want their app on my computer. They force you to put in your email address and now they are filling my email with advertisements I am NOT interested in.They have no contact us information. You apparently have to contact the seller directly. The process for a refund I understand from online videos is difficult and time consuming. You have to file disputes against the seller and even then they are not guaranteed to rule in your favor. Unless you are a serious buyer from Dhgate I don't suggest you bother to waste your time or money with this company. They supposedly are a reputable company however they host some unreputable sellers on their site. So unless you want to gamble with your money and maybe never receive your purchase I don't recommend this site.

I ordered two pairs of shoe US 10 from same seller. One pair is a 10 and ok. the other is a 9. I have ordered other items prior. One seller gave tracking number and it showed it went to dallas texas. I live in Arizona. DHgate still paid the seller and i never received the product. DHGATE does not assist the buyer with concerns as they say they will.

Worst wait time ever! I came to DHGATE for sneakers and I had a terrible experience. Took a month for items to get to me. Luckily I saw a tiktok about qsoles. com, where I got better sneakers and quality in a week. But sheesh, DHGATE please work on your ship time!

I have ALREADY TOLD YOU. 160 times on here and 60 emails to customer service. Please read everything I have already sent many times. Order is 3180800684.Of course the order is closed - you have already admitted fault and awarded 10USD coupon which was expired!! YOu have also removed the vendor from your marketplace and I am still out of pocket.I need USD147 returned to my credit card, or I will accept an unexpired coupon for USD 147

Do not trust the “Buyer Protection” guarantee from DHgate. I was skeptical of purchasing from them to begin with, but decided to proceed because of this guarantee.I received my item (a Dyson airwrap), which worked great at first. However, after a few months, the product broke. When I contacted Dyson they let me know it was counterfeit. It was marketed as legitimate, but even if it was counterfeit, you would expect of lifespan of longer than a few months. I reached out to the seller, who did not want to provide support. I reached out to DHgate, who said they do not provide direct support, and could only process a refund if I personally could get the seller to agree to it. Customer service also informed me that review window closes after only 15 days, so there isn’t even a way to warn future buyers that the counterfeit product stopped working just outside the “protection window” of 90 days. Essentially, once you mark the order as received, the order is completed and the buyer protection window ends. I also asked if there was a way to report the seller since it was a falsely marketed product. They directed me to a complaint form, but the only type of complaint you can make is to say a seller stole you intellectual property. So you can’t even report the seller. Essentially, they are protecting sellers who are hocking counterfeit products and then locking down the dispute/review process after a very short window so the cycle can continue.

For those worried about purchasing form DHgate, I can totally understand! However, I've never had an issue on multiple orders from different sellers. For those that don't know, DHgate is a bit like eBay in the sense that DHgate themselves have no control over what/when things are shipped. I have ordered trainers football jerseys and trainers from multiple sellers and all have arrived in perfect condition, exactly as described. The delivery does take a while (normally a few weeks, although I have had some items a lot quicker!) Depending on the seller the communication is poor or non-existent, but once you have found a seller you like try to stick with them! (Popjersey2018 - for any football shirts!)All I would suggest is buy something cheap-ish to begin with and make sure you check reviews of that seller before you purchase. Some reviews can be a copy and paste job and are clearly fake, as soon as I see these I stay clear of that seller! But like I say I've never had an issue so never had to raise a refund or dispute with DHgate so cant comment on their handling of that.

THERE IS ONLY ONE WAY TO DEAL WITH D H GATE AND THAT IS USE "CHARGEBACK" TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK OTHERWISE YOU ARE JUST WASTING YOUR TIME.
