Poor experience. I bought a new Berik Street pro leather jacket and I received the same but used, damaged seams, unclean and without tags. It's too long to wait for answers from customer service, and I need a jacket. They say that they will send the package the same day and that the shipment will arrive within two days, I pay 20 euros extra to make it happen, but unfortunately the shipment arrives in 5 days. Awful experience and I don't think I will buy anything from here again. A rating of 1 is too big for you, 0 would be ideal

I bought a motorcycle helmet from them that is perfect, fits nicely on my head, flips up, has a sun visor option. The plexi glass came off the helmet and couldn't be put back on 1000x. I therefore asked via email if I could claim the helmet. They replied to send me pictures and then wrote me to keep the old helmet and send me a brand new one for free! Amazing and fast service, thank you :)

Thanks for fast cargo but as you see on the photo the zip is not working! I have send to FC moto a few e-mail about this and asked for return code but no body care! Sorry i didnt wanted to post this comment... Maybe they are busy because of the black friday and Noel... I hope they will help about this problem :) If you are going to shop on busy days, keep in mind that your support requests may be responded to late.

Ordered items from the uk on 04/10 for my husbands birthday on 26/10. It took them nearly 2 weeks to despatch after I chased them due to no updates. They did not confirm when purchasing that duty was not included in the price ( I purchase from Europe occasionally and unless advised this is usually the case) Unresponsive customer service is also very disappointing . I have had to pay an additional £62 in duty and admin and I have queried this with them but no response. It is my husbands birthday tomorrow and still no delivery. If you live in the UK avoid buying from this company at all costs … it’s not worth it

Terrible store! I made an order, they sent it, then they changed their mind and returned it (Paypal payment). They say we can’t send more and don’t rush to return the money. The support service responds very slowly, the issue cannot be resolved by mail. The money has been paid, now the problems with the return are the problems of the client !!! I do not recommend." Ordered boots in Size 46. The box said size 46 the boots were size 48. The company will not cover shipping for USA and the cost of shipping is nearly the price of the boots. The company is at fault, but the consumer is stuck with the excess cost. Terrible experience and will not be ordering anything from them in the future.
