Der KundenService hat sich zeitnah gemeldet nach Anfrage. Es wäre schön gewesen, den Kunden von selbst zu informieren, wenn die Ware verspätet versendet wird…man wartet ja schließlich nicht gern, wenn man sich auf etwas freut 😜 Ansonsten alles prima, leichter Aufbau des Gerätes. Trotz der Plastikverkleidung sieht das Ergometer hochwertig verarbeitet aus. Die Kabelverbindungen sind sehr vorsichtig zu behandeln, da recht klein und dünn. Aber wenn sie einmal zusammengesteckt im Rohr verstaut sind, kann ja nix mehr passieren. Der Sattel ist schön groß und bequem, der Computer funktioniert tadellos und macht was er soll mit den wichtigsten Parametern in der Anzeige. Die Tablethalterung ist genial, es passt auch ein Handy drauf, nur der Lenker ist manchmal im Weg, aber das ist nur ne Einstellungssache. Das Training macht Spaß und das ist die Hauptsache…nun muss ich das nur noch meinem Körper sagen (hahaha)

Die Ware kam beim ersten Mal mit total beschädigter Verpackung und unvollständig mit dem Paketdienst GLS im Paketshop an, habe die Annahme verweigert, GLS stritt die Beschädigung laut Hammer ab, die zweiter Lieferung wurde problemlos geliefert, aber auch wieder mit beschädigter Verpackung, aber diesmal vollständig. Ich würde einen anderen Paketdienst dringen empfehlen.

das es sowas noch gibt: top Aufbauanleitung/ manual. Allein dafür 5 Sterne!! Gerät selbst qualitativ hochwertig. der Computer mit den Programmen reicht vollkommen aus. Ich bin 70jahre, Kondition und Muskelaufbau sind bei mir wichtig. Entsprechend regelmaessig und mit Ausdauer das Gerät benutzen muß man natürlich selbst.

Wie bekannt von Hammer ist das eine super tolle Qualität des Fitnessgerätes. Außerdem schnelle Lieferung und vor allem tolle Betreuung durch Hammer-Mitarbeiter bei Anrufe im Store. Wir bleiben Hammer treu und werden bei Bedarf wieder unseren Einkauf hier tätigen.

Transportschäden am Gerät, wie Ruderholmen, Laufschiene für Sitz und andere Teile (Farbe abgekratzt, Tiefe Einschläge)! Weil Verpackung miserabel/ zu dünner Karton für so viel Gewicht!!! Gruss Emma. (Für dieses Mal, mache Ich ein Auge zu).

We have had the multi-gym since last Wednesday and have spent a few hours building it up. What can I say: 1. It was a pleasure to unpack the parts. Exemplary and almost lovingly packaged, that can only be done by someone who enjoys working in this company. 2. The assembly was very easy to carry out thanks to the absolutely correct and very clear instructions for use. The individual screw packages are well labeled so that we always knew where something belonged. Not a single part was missing either. Great! 3. The processed material really leaves nothing to be desired. Many a screw was tightened a little more without the material giving way. Everything was very, very neatly processed at a high level, which I would not necessarily have expected for the money. The highlight of the campaign, however, was that EVERYTHING, but also really everything, was manufactured with an excellent fit and precision. Nothing had to be re-drilled or anything else changed. Really a very good job of the designer. Made to the millimeter - that really impressed me! 4. Perhaps I am currently praising something a lot, but I feel the need to share this with you. Hopefully you will pass this on to the right people, including the loving "packer" please. I will be happy to recommend your articles to my circle of friends, because what I have received is really very, very good work on a, and I like to repeat myself, high level. Thank you very much, of course, for the friendly phone call and the emails. The delivery took place even before your announced date - thank you very much! Thanks to the company Hammer, you are not just awesome, you are the whole toolbox - keep it up !! PS: Don't get annoyed by those who go on about "continuous loop etc ...". They should first go to the mostly understaffed sales department and deal with the many inquiries there, then you would understand that in this difficult time for everyone, it is usually impossible to act and react quickly, as there are so many people today who are responsible for the current situation, unfortunately, no understanding and then can only complain.
