Google My Business:
The worst experience I ever had with the online shops. I bought a pair of shoes at salamander-online.de (Bestellung Nr: 92511) and paid with PayPal. After 5 days!!! of waiting for the package to be send, I contacted them and they said .... we didn't receive a payment!! Thank you God, I had used a PayPal and immediately claimed the payment via PayPal. After that they "found" the payment and promised to send the package next day .... Other 5 days of waiting ... nothing ... I created an official PayPal request to get money back. Done. The outcome: Never ever use the salamander-online.de Completely rude and incompetent management and, possible, the staff.

Google My Business: Too bad you can't give 0 stars. Assigned return codes /QR were not accepted twice at the return point (error message). Postage paid for the return was not reimbursed despite a prior telephone agreement. I will never order from here again!!!

Google My Business: Very unsatisfactory processing of the online order. On December 18th, 2020 I ordered shoes from Salamander via the real marketplace. These should have been delivered on December 24th, 2020. On 01/08/21 these were delivered with an extreme delay. However, there was a completely different item in the package, which I immediately returned with a request for correct delivery. On January 15th, I received a cancellation of the order because the boot is no longer available. I then ordered the boot from Zalando (immediate delivery, everything was great). I have not yet received the purchase price refund. Today (01/27/21) I received an email that the Salamander boot has now been sent to me. Very unsatisfactory communication and purchase price refund. I would definitely not recommend it!

Google My Business: I love sneakers and in all imaginable colors. However, I had one problem with my order - I couldn't decide from the huge selection, so I just ordered two pairs. Fast delivery great! Now the weather just needs to get better.

Google My Business: As a child, I always loved going to a Salamander shop and today I can experience this online and browse the shop a little. Fast delivery and a wide range of shoes (especially for sneaker shoes). My orders have always arrived on time. Telephone contact was friendly and helpful. Again any time.
